Facilities Services’ 2011-2012 Strategic Plan represents our ongoing commitment to serving the campus community.
The Plan is a comprehensive, achievable framework that outlines where we are going, how we propose to get there and how we will ultimately deliver our services and assistance in the most efficient and effective manner. It also provides a glimpse of the opportunities and challenges the Division faces in the days ahead and the goals and objectives we have set for ourselves.
Updated annually since its inception in 2009, the Plan revolves around key initiatives that have been identified by both campus customers and Facilities employees who have generously given their time and lent their expertise to help create this Plan. Teams are formed around each of these high-priority initiatives to make improvements in the areas that impact our customers, employees or processes.
Facilities Services has already begun its pursuit of the goals described in this Strategic Plan. Based on customer feedback, the Plan will continue to be refined and updated each year and will continue to evolve as necessary meet the ever-growing needs of this dynamic campus.
