Facilities Services has launched its strategic planning initiative. Brainstorming sessions with both campus customers and Facilities staff were held in January, and based on inputs received during these sessions, a manageable list of 15 initiatives that Facilities Services will focus on during the coming year was developed. These initiatives are organized into one of three categories: Employees, Customers or Processes.
