The Facilities Services Human Resources department performs many human resource functions for the more than 1,000 employees of the Facilities Services Division. The Facilities HR staff is split into the three major work groups of HR, Safety and Training, and performs a broad scope of functions, including human resource/payroll management (TIM); recruitment; position classification; benefits administration; employee relations; salary administration; records management; work planning and performance review (WPPR); employee safety awareness and compliance, and staff training and development.
